Stream service with Kafka Connect fails with the error, "TypeError: Cannot read property 'where' of null", when added as a StreamLayer to the MapView.

Additional Information

The issue is that the trackID is not configured. This is required for the trackID to work correctly. The API is updated to log an error in the console for this type of scenario.
