Workaround

Users hitting this were using the Windows Classic theme. Switch to the Windows XP theme: right-click on the desktop, choose Properties, and choose the theme from the Themes tab. If the users are using a modified theme, try switching from the modified theme to the XP Theme, then back to the modified theme.
