ST_Geometry SQL functions are not supported for ArcSDE 9.2 and ArcSDE 9.3 final remote setup with Oracle (64-bit) on Windows (64-bit) and Linux (64-bit). This issue needs to be documented on Oracle Database system requirements and ArcSDE service pack links.
