Workaround
1. Change the cord length to 8.999. Note the area on the bottom of the parcel details or Lines tab is now correct. 2. Highlight the area, right-click it, and click Copy.3. Switch to the Properties tab and paste the area in the Stated Area. Since it is entered, the system does not overwrite it.Steps to Reproduce
