Standalone tables cannot be added to a web map when publishing content that references an existing hosted feature layer.

Additional Information

This issue cannot be reproduced, the included test map seems works correctly.

Workaround

  1. In ArcGIS Online Assistant, navigate to the web map and view the item's JSON.
  2. Scroll down to the section of script that refers the tables.
  3. Note that the URL for the tables is the item ID for the hosted feature layer.
  4. Change this URL to the full service URL of the hosted feature layer.
  5. Go back into the web map and open in Map Viewer and the tables are added successfully.
