The behavior captured in the videos and instructions does not produce the bad behavior in ArcGIS Pro 3.6, and as stated in the write-up, the issue was not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 and 3.2.Workaround
- Use a higher release of ArcGIS Pro 3.1.5 or above.
- Add feature classes to the feature dataset before saving and closing the ArcGIS Pro project.
