SQL Server Geometry Only: Creating a new feature class from ArcCatalog using some non-English locales will fail with the error: The ‘BOUNDING_BOX’ parameter of the CREATE SPATIAL INDEX is incompletely defined. Underlying cause is a SQL command that uses commas as decimal separators.
