Additional Information

The split attribute rule logic has been updated on 10/21/2022 to fix the bug in this issue. The split logic requires two rules one on the splitting device and the other one on the line being split. Details here https://github.com/Esri/arcade-expressions/blob/master/attribute_rule_calculation/SplitIntersectingLine.md The attribute rule Arcade logic has been updated. No software changes are necessary.
