Additional Information

This issue will be addressed in the next release of ArcGIS Field Maps version 21.1.

Workaround

  1. Publish the data to ArcGIS Online. 
  2. Export the data to a new feature class in ArcGIS Desktop. 
  3. Republish the exported data.
  4. Use the feature service to collect data.
