Specific data sets result in the ArcGIS for Power BI setting the 'Zoom to Layer' extent to the full map as opposed to the actual data's extent, even with filters in place.

Additional Information
This is due to some of the data in lat long fields falling out of bound of standard values causing ArcGIS for PowerBI map card to calculate full extent based on these records which includes canvas margins. This is to be expected and can be seen outside of ArcGIS for Power BI visual.Workaround
Clean up data to have valid Latitude/Longitude in the dataset or have nulls.
