Bug
Specific CAD file (.dxf) does not display properly in ArcMap and ArcCatalog Preview. Specific for version 9.2, the same file displays fine in version 9.1.

Workaround
1. select all features through attrib. table, then zoom to selected in ArcMap,2. save new file in origianl coordiante system in AutoCAD,3. explode blocks and save new file in AutoCAD.Steps to Reproduce
