The SpatialDataFrame is deprecated and is removed at ArcGIS API for Python version 2.0.0. Use the following instead: pd.DataFrame.spatial.from_layer(Workaround
Connect to the GIS object using an administrator URL for Portal for ArcGIS (:7443/arcgis), and connect as a built-in user.
