The latest license strings must be used.Workaround
1. Stop the web server.2. Delete "<a href="file:C:/Program" target="_blank">C:\Program</a> Files\ESRI\License10.1\sysgen\keycodes"3. Delete the contents of "<a href="file:C:/Windows/Microsoft.NET/Framework64/v2.0.50727/Temporary" target="_blank">C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\Temporary</a> <a href="http://ASP.NET" target="_blank">ASP.NET</a> Files"4.
