Sometimes it is not possible to scroll to the bottom of the ArcMap Table of Contents when there are several layers with many symbol categories expanded on Windows 7 when using a large, widescreen monitor, e.g., 1920 x 1080 or 1920 x 1200, with ArcMap maximized.
