Some TIFFs are scaling down in ArcMap when added in Version 10 SP2.

Additional Information

scale is dependant on monitor and screen size. The GUI from version to version changes so scale is not a good measure.

Workaround

In Version 9.3.1, export the TIFF image to a new TIFF image. In Version 10, add the new TIFF image and it will display correctly.
