Some shapefile features located outside the bounds of the Earth in ArcGIS Pro disappear when zoomed in at certain scales.

Additional Information
The features are disappearing because they are outside of the set domain (to view domain values: Layer Properties > Source > Domain, Resolution, and Tolerance). The domain defines the valid coordinate range where data can be stored and is set when the layer is created. These values are immutable and cannot be changed after the data table is populated.Workaround
File geodatabase feature class features do not appear to be impacted by this bug, so export the shapefiles affected by this bug as file geodatabase feature classes.
