Workaround
Esri is currently working to resolve this issue with the provided media and will re-issue functional media to all affected customers once the issue has been resolved. Anyone encountering these issues should uninstall Business Analyst Desktop 10.1 and re-install Business Analyst Desktop 10.0 until new media can be provided.
