Some Last Value Attribute Assistant rules do not properly update in the Address Data Management template.

Workaround

1. Open ArcCatalog. Make sure the data is not opened anywhere else.2. Navigate to the LocalGovernment.gdb provided in the Address Data Management template. 3. Find ReferenceData\RoadCenterline and right-click.4. Select Properties > Fields tab.5. Find ESNLEFT and remove the default value from the field properties. Make sure there is no text in the property for default value including <null>. 6. Repeat for ESNRIGHT, MSAGLEFT, and MSAGRIGHT.7. Last Value rules will now apply to these fields.
