Some geoprocessing services encounter a usage timeout when the Internet Options setting, 'Warn if changing between secure and not secure mode' is enabled for the service account.

Workaround

• Using the ArcGIS Server service account, navigate to Internet Options > Advanced, and uncheck the 'Warn if changing between secure and not secure mode' check box.
• Disable Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration (ESC) for the ArcGIS Server service account.
