240 Min is a very large service area. The solution is to use a sparser network or wait till our Service Area solver is upgraded to use hierarchies. In the meantime, the workaround provided in NIM011887 to increase the SDC cache size should help in some cases. For location23 I can solve a 180 min service area.Steps to Reproduce
