Workaround

Run the Modify operation in the software installer to restore the Software Authorization Wizard.

  1. Start > Run > appwiz.cpl.
  2. Right-click ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3 > Change.
  3. Select Modify and run the installer.
  4. Check to see if the Software Authorization Wizard is present.
