Unable to reproduce this issue using the attached data. Please resubmit if the issue remains.Workaround
Convert the points to meters and use a meter-based coordinate system, such as NAD 1983 (CORS96) SPCS Alaska Zone 1, ESRI:102366. The points can now be uploaded and used successfully. This can be done either manually by converting the feet to points in Excel or by turning points into features in ArcGIS Pro and then using the Project tool to project it.
