Silently uninstalling ArcGIS Pro 3.0.3 from the Windows Command Prompt on Windows 10, returns an error message, "Error: The system cannot find the file specified."

Additional Information
The issue was that the command was being run with angle brackets, as follows: msiexec.exe /x <{A61AD307-865F-429F-B2A3-5618BD333F7E}> /qbWorkaround
Run the command with only curly brackets, as follows:
msiexec.exe /x {A61AD307-865F-429F-B2A3-5618BD333F7E} /qb
