Not reproducible.Workaround
1) Right-click the shopping center layer > Data > Export > To FGDB > add exported shopping center feature to the map. "Export_Output_5"2) Right-click the newly exported feature > Properties > Symbology tab > Import symbology from the original Shopping Center Layer to keep the symbology the same.3) You can now set a scale range on the new layer. Right-click the new feature > Properties > General tab > Set scale range to 1: 500,001 or anything you would like.Steps to Reproduce
