Sharing the Spatial Analysis tool with everyone in Portal for ArcGIS causes the Analysis widget to fail in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder with the error, "Your user role doesn't include the create, update and delete content privilege. ExtractData failed."

Workaround

1) Unshare the Spatial Analysis tool with everyone from My Content menu in Portal for ArcGIS.2) Re-start the Portal for ArcGIS and Server services.
