Sharing properties between Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS for Server federated with each other are not honored after upgrading Portal for ArcGIS from 10.2.2 to 10.3.

Unfederation during an upgrade is not supported: http://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/10.3/administer/windows/upgrade-portal-for-arcgis.htm#ESRI_SECTION2_9BFC6E9DBD894313B505A6C9481C7572 Confirmed that when upgraded without unfederating, Sharing properties are maintained.Workaround
Access the ArcGIS Server Manager at https://supt03900.esri.com/arcgis/manager. Click the Sharing Properties for a service, and update the Sharing settings to reflect thSteps to Reproduce
