Sharing a geoprocessing result from a particular script in ArcGIS Pro while logged in to ArcGIS Online as a user or publisher and logged in to Portal for ArcGIS results in a gray pane with no parameters.

Update to the latest version of ArcGIS Pro to resolve the issue.

Workaround

  1. Log out of the ArcGIS Online user or publisher account.
  2. Close and reopen ArcGIS Pro.
  3. Log in to ArcGIS Online as an administrator.
