Workaround

The client must manually restart the "SharedMapServiceHost" system service to recreate the map service pods.

Navigate to the "System services" tab within Enterprise Manager's "Services" menu. Locate and click on the "SharedMapServiceHost" (screenshot attached: sharedmapservicehost1_2411191710.jfif)

On the subsequent menu, navigate to the "Settings" tab and click on "Start service" (screenshot attached: sharemapservicehost2_2411191710.jfif)

Note that the "Number of pods" under the "Scaling" section should correctly reflect the adjusted quantity in the "Configure shared resources" menu.

After following this workaround, the client's map services will become accessible again.
