Workaround

There are two workarounds:#1 - Change workflow:1. Add the Line_file.shp and the NW_1_perDataSheet.shp 2. Start and edit session.3. Select the line with the FID value of 4.4. On the Editing toolbar, change the Target to NW_1_perDataSheet.5. From the Editor menu click the Divide command.6. For Create new features, choose the second option to Place points separated by every 29.38 units and click OK.7. Right-click NW_1_perDataSheet and click Open Attribute Table.8. Scroll down to FID 63, right-click the value can click Delete Selected.9. Scroll down to the very bottom of the table.10. For FID 99, type in 99 for the ID value.11.Click Editor > Save Edits.12. For FID 64, type in 64 for the ID value.13. Click Save.FID does not move, remains in place.OR#2 - Export the data to a geodatabase feature class.
