Additional Information

The 102470-102479 definitions emulates the EPSG 22275/77/79/81/83/85/87/89/91/93 definitions by setting the scale factor to -1, resulting in dismissed coordinate signs. Hence, data allowed that are natively relative to the westing-southing axes directions is not supported currently by ArcGIS, resulting in definitions use ESRI WKIDs instead of EPSG. The EPSG 2046-2054 definitions also have westing-southing axes directions and are not supported. The names of that set of EPSG coordinate reference systems are Hartebeesthoek94 / LOxx in EPSG and do not include (E-N) in the names. The Esri 103888, 102562-69 definitions are not equivalent to the EPSG 2046-2054 definitions. These are added upon request with easting-northing axes directions.
