Bug
Setting the transparency on a group layer causes draw failure during output. When a group layer is set to draw with transparency, layers inside the group layer may disappear when the map is printed or exported.

Description
All layers in a group layer disappear or do not display properly when the map is printed or exported from ArcMap.Cause
This is a known issue when the group layer is set with transparency - a new feature at ArcGIS Desktop 9.2.Workaround
Remove group layer transparency and set transparency on each individual layer in the group layer.Steps to Reproduce
