Setting the imageParameters format to JPEG displays the layer transparency.

This issue was not reproducible when tested by the development team. Issues may be given this status when they cannot be reproduced or are no longer relevant in a development version of the software, but a specific fix was not installed to address the issue. There was a typo in format. Users must use JPG instead of JPEG.
The recommended format for transparency is to use PNG32. PNG32 is a format for more than 256 color and also allows full preservation of the map's transparent features in the output image.
