Setting styles to MapView UI objects is not honored in ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET.

Additional Information
Upon investigation, it was determined that fixing the issue will introduce a behavioral change and is ideal case of users. For now, explicitly set the Backgroundgrid on the Mapview instance instead of in the style. Addressing the change will be considered in the future major release.Steps to Reproduce
