Setting raster display statistics to 'From Current Display Extent' causes the raster to clip on the top and left-hand sides when printed or exported.

Description

The top and left-hand sides of raster information that uses the statistics option 'From Current Display Extent' in the map are cropped off when printing or exporting from ArcMap.

For example, the map displays correctly in ArcMap Layout.
[O-Image] Map displays correctly in ArcMap
However, when exported to PDF, the top and left-hand sides are cropped.
[O-Image] PDF displays clipped.

Cause

This is a known issue when using 'From Current Display Extent' on raster data at 9.3.
