As of the June 23, 2022 release of ArcGIS Pro 3.0, the software update only provides updates to ArcGIS Pro 3.0 and the ArcGIS Pro 3.0.x patches. The ArcGIS Pro 2.9.x patches are only available via download from My Esri.
