This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.0.Workaround
The following options allow the tool to run successfully:
- Option 1: Uncheck the 'Set Password' option.
- Option 2: Navigate to Project > Options > Geoprocessing > uncheck 'Analyze script and model tools for ArcGIS Pro compatibility'.
