Setting a JPEG2000 compression with a quality of 100 when copying a raster dataset within or into an ArcSDE geodatabase using the Copy Raster geoprocessing tool or the Export Raster Data dialog box from ArcMap results in poor image quality.

Workaround
A. Run the Copy Raster geoprocessing tool formatted as JPEG2000 with a compression of 100 and specify 'SDEBinary' as a configuration keyword.
B. Run any of the tools, but use the LZ77 compression type.
C. Run any of the tools, but export to a file folder formatted as JPG2 with a compression of 100.
D. Run any of the tools, but export to a file geodatabase formatted as JPEG2000 with compression of 100.
