Workaround
1. Sign in to an ArcGIS Online organization account that has a default basemap with a web map that contains secured services.2. Click MAP (note: nothing is displayed).3. Click the My Content drop-down arrow > Click My Organization.4. Click MAP again. This time the secured service displays as a default basemap.Steps to Reproduce
