Service overviews are corrupted when the rasters are in UTM Zone 22 South America Datum 1969 and the image service is created as GCS South America Datum 1969.

Boundary file appears to be corrupted and modifying the boundary file where specified in attached screenshot allows the service overviews to be generated successfully.Steps to Reproduce
