Server tokens generated by Portal for ArcGIS does not respect the ArcGIS Server’s token expiration settings if Portal for ArcGIS is configured with Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA).

Additional Information

When ArcGIS Server is federated with Portal for ArcGIS, the Server token expiration settings are never honored; this is by design. The token generation and token expiration settings are managed by Portal for ArcGIS. When Portal for ArcGIS is configured with IWA, the default token expiration for service URLs is very short (30 minutes) depending on how the generateToken request is made. A separate bug has been logged (BUG-000127276) related to these short-lived token not being automatically regenerated when Portal for ArcGIS is configured with IWA.
