Workaround

Repair Geometry tool can be used to fix these errors but this tool is not intended for use on data in ArcSDE. Exporting the SDE feature class to a file /personal geodatabase as a shape file, run the repair geometry tool and then import the shape file into SDE geodatabase is not a feasible solution for the user.
