This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Survey123. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
- Use the ArcGIS Survey123 app versions 3.12 or earlier.
- Edit the field type in the Excel XLSForm in the ArcGIS Survey123 app version 3.13.229. Change the data type from Numeric to String; if the data type is numeric, the options will not be displayed in the list of domains.
