Selecting the Output Coordinate System Projection to RD_New causes the scene layer to be placed incorrectly above ground in air.

Additional Information

This is not reproducible in current released version of ArcGIS Pro (v2.2).

Workaround

Do not change the output coordinate system. Retain the default coordinate system which is GCS_WGS_1984. The transformation is automatically applied and the layer stays on the ground.
