This issue is only reproducible in ArcGIS Survey123 3.20 on Android when using Google's GBoard keyboard and only with a handful of certain words at the start of a sentence. It is not reproducible in ArcGIS Survey123 3.21 or 3.22, or in 3.20 when using a different keyboard.Workaround
Use a keyboard other than GBoard with ArcGIS Survey123 version 3.20 on Android.
