Workaround

  1. Select Make query layer from Add data drop-down in the ArcGIS Pro ribbon. Select database connection. Select the view (Not registered with geodatabase) to query window and navigate to Validate and Finish.
  2. Open the query layer from the Contents pane and display it with a unique identifier, not a null field and that displays all records upon opening the attribute table. Right-click the query layer and click Open.
  3. Select and view the attribute table for more than 100 records.
  4. Publish the Query layer to Portal for ArcGIS.
  5. Save the ArcGIS Pro project.
