Additional Information
ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. Mature support means the end of functionality-based patches and hotfixes; therefore, this issue will not be addressed. There are no plans for future releases of ArcGIS Desktop, and it is recommended that you migrate to ArcGIS Pro. - Use ArcMap version 10.4 to display the data. Also, opening the same data in ArcGIS Pro 2.4.2 resolves the issue.
- Re-project the data into the North Pole Stereographic projected coordinate system.
