Workaround

Connect secure geocoding service through Server:1) Publish a secure geocoding service (locator) from ArcGIS Desktop to the Root folder in Server.2) Connect ArcGIS Pro to Server (Insert > Connections > New ArcGIS Server). Fill in the URL, Username and Password.3) Open the "Geocode Addresses" geoprocessing tool.4) Under "Input Address Locator", browse to the Project folder and double-click the Servers folder.5) Choose the secure geocoding service (locator) and click OK. 6) No error, hence the tool is smoothly executed.
