Workaround

The issue of using a higher second license could be eliminated with the use of an 'Environment Variable' as below: Steps to add the new environment variable are below: 1. Right-click Computer or My Computer > Properties > Advanced System Settings. 2. Click the option 'Environment Variables' and add a new system variable as shown below: “Variable name= Indexing.License.Ordering”, “Variable value= Ascending”
