SDE command line tools (sdeimport/export, shp2sde etc.) force all table names to upper case; do not honor mixed case.

The shape file import GP tool in ArcCatalog supports mixed case name.Workaround
- Register the feature classes with the geodatabase either by right-clicking and doing this or through use of geoprocessing and GUI tools to import data.Steps to Reproduce
