Scrolling with the mouse wheel to zoom in and out does not work as expected in Google Chrome (version 37) and Internet Explorer 11 browsers but works as expected for the Internet Explorer 10 browser.

Additional Information

I had no problems in Chrome 37 using mouse zoom.

Workaround

1. In Google Chrome, click the Customize button at the upper right corner of the browser.2. Click either '-' or '+' to zoom.
